5/04/2004 - More things.
Okay, I open up Gmail this morning, right? At this point, I am literally getting INSULTED by spam. Let me read off the titles of some of these. "loser with a small e" "you have the much smallest c" "can you be any smaller mkuyuluvtaijubymr" And those are just a few. Now, fortunatley, none fo these spam headers apply to me (*wink*), but still. This is kinda bad. Even if they were true, would insulting me really make me want to buy your miracle pill? Anyway. Still jimmying around with that computer, and it needs a new name. At this point, i'm seriously considering Shakespeare. I'm putting Morphix KDE on it, mostly because that's what I know. I started with KDE, and dag-nabit, i'monna stick with the fucker. Same deal with Morphix, that was my first (knowledgeable) use of Linux. (Linux is used in a LOT of everyday products, though.) So, yeah...what else? Oh, yeah! Folin can't get on latley, because his dad is something of an internet Nazi. They've had this long-reaching war going on for a long time now. First, his dad would change Folie's password, but I helped him out with that. Then he would take some cords away, but Foley-Moley would take the ones from his old computer. Finally he seems to have him stumped. His dad is taking the modem with him to work each day. And there's nothing we can really do about that. His birthday is on the 18th, mind. Lotsa stoof happening in videogame news, too. Devil May Cry 3 looks to rock the proverbial house, as well as King of Fighters 3D. And, there's new information on MGS3. What kind of information? Well let me tell you. Snake can hold his gun different ways now There will be designated camo-changing areas 10 minutes into the game there will be a HUGE twist This game will have story contradictions with the first (following?) two. The box WILL return. If you lie too long in mud, you will be sucked on by leeches And there will be BUNCHES o' guns. Looks to be pretty cool. Also looking pretty cool at this point is Sly Cooper 2, The Getaway 2, Driver 3 (DRIV3R is the official title. L33tsp33k!) Battlefeild: Modern Combat, and Monster Hunter. Good stuff. Okay.
