Ok, i'm soon going to have a dedicated Linux machine. Here's the proverbial dilly-o. I have Lucy here. That's what i'm typing on now, using XP. Upstairs is Ted, he's going to be running Mandrake (prolly 10.0). But, my mother's work offices are throwing out thier old systems. These may be able to be salvaged. If possible, i'll mix and match parts, and give Folin a machine, so that at least he'll be able to be on more. His birthday is coming up, after all. So yeah. I'm so awesome, check me out. EDIT'D: We have a bit of a problem. I got the computer today. And when I read the specs, I literally started laughing. It's pretty hilarious, so i'll put 'em here for you. Type: Compaq Presario 4058 Processor Speed: 200 mHz Processor Type: Pentium (Not Pentium Two or three, Pentium.) Hard Drive Size: 3.2 GB OS: Windows 95 Controller Bus Type: ISA/PCI Memory: 24 MB EDO Video Card (THIS AREA HAS BEEN LEFT BLANK. O_O ) Wow. I mean...wow. That's not good. At all. C'est la vie. Worst comes to worst, this'll be the server for the radio station, which i'm not sure that we'll do yet. Thus, the blank video card area. I dunno. Further developments will be reported.
